Color Humano fue un trío formado por Edelmiro Molinari en 1971 tras la disolución de Almendra. El nombre viene de una canción que Molinari escribió para Almendra.
La formación inicial estaba compuesta por Molinari en guitarra y voz, Rafanelli en bajo y coros y David Lebón en batería y coros. Así lanzaron su primer álbum en 1972. En esta época participaron en la película “Rock Hasta Que Se Ponga El Sol”.
A fines de 1972, Lebón dejó el grupo por Pescado Rabioso y Oscar Moro lo reemplazó en batería. Sacaron un álbum que iba a ser doble pero terminó siendo lanzado como dos álbumes diferentes, con algunos meses de diferencia.
La banda se disolvió en 1974, pero volvieron en 1995 para hacer un último show.
