Connie Talbot was born on November 20, 2000, in Streetly, West Midlands, UK. At the age of 6, she captured the hearts of the nation when she auditioned for Britain's Got Talent and sang "Somewhere Over The Rainbow." Connie's dream was to sing for Simon Cowell and bring happiness to people. She was inspired to donate any prize money to kids in Africa after seeing Simon Cowell's work in Africa on American Idol.

After winning second place on Britain's Got Talent, Connie signed a record deal with Rainbow Recordings and released her debut album, Over The Rainbow, in 2008. The album became a massive success in Southeast Asia, making her the top-selling international new artist in the region.

Connie continued her success with the release of Connie Talbot's Christmas Album in 2008 and Holiday Magic in 2009. Her angelic voice and renditions of Christmas classics won the hearts of fans around the world.

In 2011, Connie joined the Young Voice Concerts tour in the UK and broke the Guinness World Record for the largest number of backing singers accompanying one lead vocalist at a public venue. She performed at major venues, including the London O2 Arena.

Connie also made appearances on top talk shows around the world and launched her YouTube channel, Connie Talbot VEVO, in 2011. She began learning the piano and posted covers of popular songs, garnering over 500 million views on her channel.

In 2012, Connie released her album Beautiful World, which included her original song "Beautiful World." She embarked on her first headline Asia Tour and continued to tour across Asia, showcasing her talents and captivating audiences.

In 2014, Connie released The Gravity EP, showcasing her growth as a singer-songwriter. The EP featured original songs and covers, including her version of "Let It Go" from Disney's Frozen. She embarked on The Gravity Tour in 2014, captivating audiences with her powerhouse performances.

In 2016, Connie released her album Matters To Me, where she participated in writing most of the tracks. The album showcased her maturity as an artist and her ability to handle a variety of musical styles.
