Joseph David Keery, best known as Joe Keery, was born on April 24 1992, in Newburyport, Massachusetts. He is an American actor and musician.

Joe is best known for his role as “Steve Harrington” on the show Stranger Things, created by the Duffer brothers Matt and Ross.

Established in 2014, Joe Keery was a member of the psychedelic rock band “Post Animal”, although he left before the release of their first album. In his own words, “It’s important to disassociate Steve from Stranger Things to the band because I think it will eventually hurt the band. Those guys are such talented musicians… I think it’s important that they’re hitting the pavement for a while and making a name for themselves and it’s not necessarily associated with Stranger Things.”

During July of 2019, he released the single “Roddy”, and on August “Chateau (Feel Alright)” then “Mortal Projections” was also released under the name “Djo”, all music produced and written by himself.
After the release of the three singles, Joe announces the release of his album on Instagram on 08/30/2019. The album will be called “Twenty Twenty” and will be released on September 13.
