Allen Tate - When Did I Get Like This

1
Copied!

{Verse 1}
Warmer, colder
One year older
Oh, I swear I didn't feel it go by
I don't know if I believe in time
Soothe me, hush me
When I'm fussy
Oh, I know that I am really alright
I just need to hear it once in a while

{Chorus}
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?

{Verse 2}
Mid-November
I remember
It's the time of year when everyone's low
It's a cold that'll come and go
So conjure me a Panacea
Brew me something that'll kill my nerves
I'll give it a rest if you give me a ride

{Chorus}
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?

{Verse 3}
Tell me something
So I know it's nothing
You think I probably shouldn't think for a while
It takes me some time to fall asleep at night
You know me better
Than I could ever
It's not so crazy when I'm here in your arms
I just get stuck inside my head sometimes

{Chorus}
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
Oo-oo-oo
When did I get like this?
When did I get like this?
When did I get like this?

{Instrumental Outro}
