Nightland started in 2007 in Pesaro (Italy) by the will of the guitarist and singer Ludovico Cioffi.
Initially inspired by melodic death/folk sonorities of bands like Children of Bodom and Ensiferum.
In 2015 they published their first full-length album “Obsession” which is a concept album that marks a radical change in the band’s sound, introducing orchestral elements and symphonic choirs.
