Jon Lach, born on April 3, 2001, is an American Rapper, Singer, and Producer from Grand Rapids, Michigan. Starting at age 13, he would turn to writing music as a way of therapy to cope with the struggles in his life. He makes hip hop music combined with a production style of new wave trap, with influences of trap soul, and alternative R&B in some of his music as well. He wants to make a change in the world, and inspire others through his art by telling his story through his music. In 2015 he created his motto sleepless, and soon after, sleepless became the name of his first mixtape, which he independently released in 2018. Sleepless then became the official movement for Jon Lach. His movement is called sleepless because he spent many long nights putting in hard work towards his dreams because they are worth more to him than sleep. The goal of the sleepless movement is to spread love, and inspire people to chase their dreams ultimately to make the world a better place.
