The Tractors is an American country-rock band that was formed in 1988, with guitarist Steve Ripley at the helm. The band quickly gained popularity with hits such as “Baby Likes to Rock It” and “Foot Stomp Stompin'”.

The lineup of The Tractors includes talented musicians such as Walt Richmond, James Robert “Jamie” Oldaker, Ronald G. Getman, and Casey H. Van Beek. Oldaker, born in San Francisco, California, has been the drummer for the group since its inception and was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2010. Getman, born in Fairfax, Oklahoma, has been playing electric guitar for the band since 1988, while Van Beek, originally from Leiden, Holland, has been holding down the bass guitar since the same year.

The Tractors have continued to captivate audiences with their unique sound that blends country and rock influences. With their catchy tunes and energetic performances, The Tractors have solidified their place in the music industry and continue to be a beloved band among fans.
