I was born in the mid nineties
At the age of 3 art became my thing
I used to draw everywhere
From the books to the walls even on my skin
My Dad is a professor
He didn’t like it when I touched his books
So he always got me papers
And then he bought me my own books ughn

Since then I’ve been drawing
My family too used to support me
I was little then
But I still know what my drawings meant to me
And then came music
Shout out to my brothers I grew up with Hip Hop Heads
Tu-Pac, Fugees, B.I.G
Man… it was amazing

Then in the year 2k
We moved to a new zone cos of riots
Where I made new friends had a new school
And a new passion that wasn’t so quiet
I wanted to be a star
I wanted to be a rapper
From rapping textbook prefaces
To writing my own songs

I started with the gospel too
Was a good boy but I wanted money too
Also I knew my mummy would love me to
Rap about God and not about the girls and shoes
The plan was to - switch from the gospel
And give the world what they wanted
But little did I know that
God wanted me giving them what they needed

In the year 2 oh eleven
The girl I dated broke my heart
And it made me think so hard
That maybe all I needed was a brand new start
Few days later on the 1st of July
I started a brand new life
A life with Christ
A life that gave me sight – I had a new view on life

And since then I’ve been making music
Always giving AGTG
On a mission to shine the light of Jesus
In every city
We’re the light division
