"How are tax's spent?"
"Nine thousand million pounds a year"
The high man said "For waging war"
"Guns, planes, bombs, nuclear missile, which if were ever used would get us blown to bits"
"Thats absurd" said simon "People would make a fuss if they only knew!"
"Oh yes!" the high men said "especially if you think what you could do"
"With all that cash well you could provide free milk, higher pensions, and a lot more beside"
"Make homes where slums once stood, and parks in every neighbourhood"
"Fantastic!" said simon "I don't believe it"
