There's one thing we can all undoubtedly relate to in this world

Death

Because yes we are all alive, but not all of us LIVE
But we do all succumb to our mortality in the end
And whether we grieve someone or we die ourselves
We will experience it in our time here

And we are taught to be prepared for everything else in our lives
So why aren't we more prepared for death?

I don't want to just wait to talk about it until it happens
I want my legacy to be remembered

I wish for the people that came into my life
To know what they meant to me
And have peace with my death

I want to give peace to those
Experiencing the endless stages of grief
And remind everyone that we are all beautiful works in progress

I wish to leave parting gifts for my loved ones and enemies
To absolve any conflicts and forgive all wrong doings
I want to be thought of when those I left behind are seeking comfort
Motivation or inspiration, and growth
I want to live through others memories
Just as vividly as my physical time here was

It's important that I share my infinite love for the universe
That held space for me in it
