Biography
Kevin George, (born George Hancock on August 5, 1997) is a rising artist from Stamford, CT. He is best known for singles such as “High Like This” and “She Don’t Love Me (feat. Gunna)”. He was signed to Island Records from 2018 to 2020, where he released his debut album on the label “My Darling’s A Demon” on August 9th, 2019.
Since his debut album he has left Island Records which he announced in an Instagram post on February 21st, 2020. Stating he was independent and would be releasing his 3rd EP “Three Can Play, At Love” only with the help of his team Young Forever, Inc. the EP released April 7th, 2020. Which would then be followed up by his second EP release of 2020 “Fortina II” which would release in August.
Following “Fortina II”, Kevin George would announce his departure from Young Forever and continue music under his own label CHiLDLiKE, where he would release his 6th EP “Everybody’s in My Ear” in September of 2021.
The name Kevin George has been explained multiple times through interviews, many fans believe it’s his actual name. It is not however, he explained in this interview saying that he had a dream where someone called him Kevin George, and the name stuck as his artist name
