Frank Ocean, born Christopher Edwin Breaux on October 28, 1987, in New Orleans, Louisiana, is a renowned musician known for his enigmatic persona and unique approach to pop music. Inspired by Frank Sinatra's role in the original Ocean's 11 film, he adopted the stage name Frank Ocean.
After Hurricane Katrina destroyed his recording studio in New Orleans in 2005, Ocean moved to Los Angeles and eventually joined the hip hop collective Odd Future in 2009.
