This ruin of stone
A tomb of your own
Unravel yourself and groan
You’ve started to wilt
Embalmed in your guilt
Sealed in the hell you built

Putrescence and bile
Fetid and vile
Flow like the great, black Nile
In anguish you lie
Withered and dry
Pray to the gods you’ll die

As acid eats away
At your esophagus
You'll waste another day
In your sarcophagus

Now your innards are
Stored in a jar
Mummia brown like tar
Wrapped in linens of flax
Coated in wax
Reeking of old storax
You used to be a king
Now you’re an empty husk
Can you feel anything
In your sarcophagus

You shamble accursed
Plagued with a thirst
Ritual wеll-rehearsed
Elixir you pour
Hazе you adore
Poison yourself once more

And when your soul’s appraised
By our friend Anubis
What will a feather weigh
Against a heart of grey?
