My lungs have seen a change in what i expose to their senses
They will follow through, for if i would lose my breath
Machines were made to mend, reaching the oxygen to my chest

In accordance with my cloudy-eyed appearance incognito
My thoughts have never held such clarity
(as i watch the colors dance upon the spectrum)

These lights will fragment and change the way i see the world
(and if i think back to the way i used to be, all now is obsoletе)

Don’t be afraid when the colors of my eyes show
They’ll be burning bright
My mirror can’t show who i’ve become

I’m sure in time i won’t repeat these same habits
