Oliver Francis, born Alex Kelly on June 12, 1992, is a talented rapper, producer, and songwriter hailing from Columbia, Missouri, USA. He rose to fame in the underground SoundCloud community with the release of his first mixtape, "Burnout," on August 22, 2016. The mixtape featured his popular track "Wwaavvyy," which garnered over 4.7 million views on YouTube.
Despite the success of "Burnout," Oliver expressed his disapproval of the content of "Wwaavvyy" in an interview with No Jumper, distancing himself from themes of guns and lean in his music. He continued to showcase his versatility and talent with the release of his second mixtape, "bape music," which he produced and engineered entirely himself.
In April 2017, Oliver released his first official EP, "Essentials," followed by his debut album, "Chlorine," which showcased a more melodic and upbeat style. The album received positive reviews from fans and critics alike, solidifying Oliver's position in the music industry.
