Boy & Bear is an Indie/Folk band hailing from Sydney, Australia, comprised of members David Hosking, Killian Gavin, Timothy Hart, Jonathan Hart, and David Symes. The band first caught the attention of music lovers with their debut studio album, "Moonfire."

Following the release of "Moonfire," Boy & Bear faced criticism for being compared to other Indie/Folk acts like Mumford and Sons and Fleetwood Mac, with some labeling them as unoriginal. Determined to carve out their own unique sound, the band continued to evolve and experiment with their music.
