{Verse 2: Freeway}

Freeway let the forty smoke, tend to my business, diss Jay
Free come whеre you stay, be wherе you visit homes
You shouldn't be alone, sleep with your K, look
It's the front line of the Roc, man, the beef man
Freeway speak the heat jab, the Glock freeze time like a lock man
Don't make me have to swing pass your peeps pad
Smack up mommy and pop's, fam
It's that simple don't mention the dogs
I make R. Kelly fuck with your kids and swing past and give your sister the love
You probably simp for the love
You real tough in your songs but ain't built for the kids, uh

{Verse 3: Geda K}
Yo how many emcees must get diss
For talkin' (Uh) unnecessary shit
I let the sixteen gague hit ya nigga, you should'a knew that
It's always the new cats that a get ya
J-A-Z, oh boy, oh man you don' got outta line and
You know a nigga better than Geda then sign him, yeah
You been here the longest, still the brokest
They repo'd your truck how dare you provoke us
Ya old and useless, doubting the kid when little niggas on Louis had you like Malcolm in the crib
If money made you cross, you wasn't fam all along (Nope)
Damn this must've been your plans all along
Dog, I have you beat to a pulp in B-Stuy by some big bouncer niggas and there's no (?...) B high
My freestyles got more buzz than your album, it's my time, yours was in the 80s, stop wildin'

{Jay-Z Talking}
You happy, man?
You got your attention, you sold a couple of records now
Good man
(?...) I had to do for you homie (Woo)
Help 'em out Chris

{Verse 4: Young Chris & Jay-Z}
We from where niggas know that's your wife and still crack on her (Uh-huh)
That dough a have a close homie turn his gat on ya
The ones you feed, the ones turn they backs on ya
Catch 'em in the long run, snubbing you with a long gun
Fuckin' with the wrong one, young dude handle his B.I
Believe I buck a nigga, won't run
And when the Glocks bust niggas lose weight like (?...) pop bus
We move weight until the cops rush, line 'em up, shut 'em down (Uh)
Round 'em up, throw some lead around
(Jaz Ho) we 'bout to dead him now
The hoods know who the best around
They just mad 'cause we on top and they up in the hood left around
Get your niggas, vest 'em down, bring your guns, fill 'em up
My niggas (Uh) Smith & Wesson 'em down and they down to hit 'em up
Philly nigga, State P
Quick to catch a case, catch a body, have niggas (?...) (?...) and catching bodies, uh (Woah!)

{Jay-Z & Memphis Bleek Talking}
Ok that's enough young gunna
Want everybody to run out and pick up Jaz-O album
Guess that's why he doin' all this, um
Jaz this is really not you
Got these mixtape niggas they all snitches they using you they got you dry snitchin' on records that's not cool, homie
That's not you
Um

Ah, Bleek got something to say (Yo) (Yeah niggas) (Yo)
(?...) (?...)

{Verse 5: Memphis Bleek}
I guess it was all good a week ago (Right?)
Until they repo'd his vehicle and now he mad and Bleek and Hov (Damn)
He wanna get his self exposed but gets subjected to the (?...) slugs when they spit up out the fo (Sho)
And I'm back on that Marcy bullshit
Remember you push incents back on Bushwick? (Yeah)
Ave, I know your style and your grammar
Down in Atlanta (What?) you wearin' sandals, what's your plans cuzz? (What was you doin'?)
You know a nigga never fronted on M, unless I took somethin' or he took somethin' in him (Stop the rumors)
Trust me Jaz yo I'm not for talkin'
You know the gun play, I bring the gun to the office
But to my friends I pose no threat but now I know the reason when we talked you sweat (Why you sweating dog?)
Cause you was under the gun, under the pressure, you know M'll leave you if you said somethin' extra (Go 'head)
You forty somethin' lookin' flabby and sick
Nigga I'm G4 status, try to pass me in the six Jaz
(Come on) Cause when I blast you die and you almost 45 still livin' with ma
I left home at fifteen, sixteen on me, I'm out
To the block gettin' it in, work, dishin' it out
You, you never thugged not a day in your life
Calisthenics is the only workout in your life
Stop frontin' faggot
(Yeah)

JAY-Z

The meaning of the song

The song "Fuck Jaz-O AKA Jaz Ho" by JAY-Z is a scathing diss track aimed at fellow rapper Jaz-O. Jay-Z pulls no punches as he calls out Jaz-O for his lack of success, age, and inability to compete in the rap game. Freeway and Geda K also contribute fiery verses, adding to the intensity of the track. Memphis Bleek chimes in with his own criticisms of Jaz-O, making it clear that he is not to be messed with. The song is filled with aggressive lyrics and confrontational energy, showcasing Jay-Z's skill as a rapper and his ability to take down his rivals.

Biography

Having sold over 100 million records worldwide, and holding the solo artist record of 14 Billboard 200 #1 albums, Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter is possibly the most talented, accomplished and respected rapper of all-time. He has released 13 studio albums and five collaborative albums over his 30-year career.

Three of his albums, Reasonable Doubt, The Blueprint, and The Black Album, are considered landmarks in the genre, with all of them featured in Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 greatest albums of all time. Hov has won 23 Grammy Awards from sixty-four nominations, making him the 10th most awarded artist of all-time.

Legendary for never writing down his lyrics, JAY-Z’s flow is considered one of the greatest to grace the genre, his wordplay and metaphorical ability is unmatched, and his live shows push the envelope of what it means to be a hip hop artist. His MTV Unplugged appearance introduced the idea of having a full band (The Roots) backing up a hip hop artist at major concerts, and during his 2004 documentary Fade to Black he doubled down, selling out Madison Square Garden (in mere minutes) while featuring an enormous live band performance.

Since slowing down his musical production, JAY has become a highly successful investor and entrepreneur. In 2016 Forbes estimated his net-worth to be $610 million, thanks to investments in a chain of 40/40 Clubs, champagne Armand De Brignac, the Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Nets, and cognac D'USSE, among other business and property deals. He also founded the sports agency Roc Nation Sports and is a certified NBA and MLB sports agent. In 2015 he purchased and re-launched the music streaming service Tidal, aiming to change the way streaming services interact with and compensate artists.

A New York Times best-selling author, JAY-Z married legendary R&B singer Beyoncé in 2008, with whom he has had one daughter named Blue Ivy Carter and twins named Rumi Carter and Sir Carter.

Through his labels Roc-A-Fella Records and Roc Nation, and as the former President of Def Jam Recordings, JAY has played a large role in the success of many other popular artists. Kanye West first gained wide recognition for his production work on The Dynasty, and JAY has been Kanye’s mentor and friend since then. Artists such as Rihanna, Ne-Yo, J. Cole, Just Blaze, Jeezy, Rick Ross also have JAY to thank in-part for their success.

JAY-Z has achieved pop stardom with tracks like “Empire State of Mind,” which in 2009 became his first #1 on the Billboard Hot 100. His 2013 collaboration with wife Beyoncé, “Drunk In Love,” made it to #2 on the Billboard charts. 2004’s rap/rock crossover Collision Course, with Linkin Park, also went number one, and sold 300,000 copies in its first week.
