Biography
TSledge (Born June 21, 2006) formerly known as Expellez, and Yungskelly is a 17-year-old Singer, Songwriter, and Producer from Santa Cruz, California. He started his music career on Soundcloud when he was 14 on August 11th, 2020 with the release of his debut single “BIKINI BOTTOM ANTHEM” He started his music career off by making a couple of meme rap songs which after a little while he got tired of making so he decided to start making more serious songs. After a little while, TSledge released a single called “COWBOY” and he would announce his first-ever EP titled “Country Vibes” which he released about 3 months after the release of “COWBOY” on January 22nd, 2021. Then about a month after the release of his first EP he released a new single called “GAMEBOY” announcing his second EP titled “Methodical Madness” which he then released about 5 months after on July 21st, 2021. After the release of “Methodical Madness,” TSledge took a little break from making music, and on September 15th, 2021 he released a new single called “BOSSA” and following the release of “BOSSA” he would announce his debut album which would come out sometime in 2022. He would continue releasing singles after the announcement and on Valentine’s Day 2022 he finally released his debut album “so far so great” A couple of months after the release of his debut album “so far so great” TSledge would release a deluxe version of the album on May 13th, 2022 which included 3 new songs called “You”, “NEEDHEALING/DISTURBED”, and “LUCIFER”. After the release of the deluxe TSledge would release 2 new singles and then completely abandoned his Soundcloud account along with his social media accounts completely disappearing for months until October 11th, 2022 he returned on a new Soundcloud account yet his name wasn’t “Yungskelly” anymore it was now “Expellez”. He would release a brand-new single on the same day of his return titled “Click” and the single had a completely different vibe than his previous songs on his “Yungskelly” account. It was almost as if this was a new era for the young artist and it was as if he was completely starting his music career over. On October 19th, 2022 TSledge posted a snippet of an upcoming song on his Instagram, and following the snippet was an announcement for a new EP which he said that it he would release it on December 27th, 2022. The next day after the announcement of his new EP he would reveal the title of the EP which was “If You Want Me To Be Honest” Along with the title reveal was a tracklist for the EP A couple of months passed and on December 27th, 2022 “If You Want Me To Be Honest” was finally released After the release of the new EP TSledge took another break from music for about 3 months and would come back by posting a snippet of a new song along with the announcement of a new album titled “Bound 2 Success” which he said would be released on July 14th, 2023. He released the first single off the album on April 17th and a few months later he released the second single off the album but then a month after the release of the second single TSledge would make an announcement on his Instagram saying that he would be delaying the album til August 23rd, 2023 and the reason was because he was simply just lacking on making new music Then a month after the announcement of the delay TSledge would make another announcement on his Instagram saying that he completely scrapped the album and was working on a new untitled one A few weeks later TSledge would make a post on Instagram revealing the album cover and title. The title of the album was revealed to be “Songs from the Cosmos” and the album was set for a November 2023 release. The young artist has many goals for his future including getting signed to a label, rocking the stage at Lollapalooza and or Coachella, and being able to perform his own shows and going on tours.
