Friends was a Brooklyn-based band that burst onto the music scene in September 2010. Originally known as Perpetual Crush, the band consisted of talented musicians Samantha Urbani, Lesley Hann, Nikki Shapiro, and Matthew Molnar. With their infectious blend of indie pop and dance-punk, Friends quickly gained a following in the New York music scene.

The band's debut album, "Manifest!" was released in 2012 to critical acclaim. Tracks like "I'm His Girl" and "Friend Crush" showcased Friends' unique sound and garnered them attention from music critics and fans alike. The band's energetic live performances also helped solidify their reputation as a must-see act.

Unfortunately, despite their early success, Friends disbanded sometime in 2013. While the exact reasons for the breakup are unknown, the members have since moved on to pursue other musical projects.
