Dreams and nightmares
They have some things in common
Existing in your subconscious
Both can lead you to demons, or to blessings
Causing adamant depression, or contagious excitement
One can bring you peace and tranquillity
The other can make you relive old pain
Whether dark or bright you have to always stand your ground
For you are your biggest enemy
And all the decisions you make, can alter the path God has laid out for you
As you struggle to figure out who you are as a person
You must deal with a world where nothing is fair
And you must accept that mistakes arе a part of life
So never ovеr think or over analyze or even regret
Just know one thing is for certain though
You can and will easily get Lost In Thought
