I'm sweating all over my body
It's pouring out of me
And I haven't got the money
To repair my old AC
So I'm taking ice cold showers
And drinking sweet iced tea
It's another sweaty summer
In Nashville Tennessee

The sun is blazing
The sweat is pouring down
Wanna get some ice cream
And cruise around the town
Where the girls are pretty
And their skin is golden brown
Gonna go to the bar tonight
And buy them all a round
So get out of the heat before your skin gets baked
Gonna take a backroad
Gonna take my shirt off and go swimming in the lake

The sun is beating down my forehead
It's 95 degrees
So when I'm outside I'm sitting
Beneath the shady leaves
Shirts are sticking to my body
So much humidity
I'm hoping for a summer shower
To cool down everything
