Koven is a dynamic electronic duo hailing from London, consisting of producer Max Rowat and singer-songwriter Katie Geraghty (née Boyle). Their music, centered around drum & bass, also explores various other EDM sub-genres such as dubstep, drumstep, house, and future bass.

The duo first came together in 2012, with Rowat producing solo under the moniker "Koven" and Geraghty starting her own project called Katie's Ambition. Rowat was on the lookout for a vocalist and found the perfect match in Geraghty. They made their debut on Viper Recordings in March 2013 with the EP "More Than You."

After releasing several EPs, Koven signed with Canadian EDM label Monstercat in 2016. They released their first single on the label, "Silence," followed by the EP "Come To Light." In 2018, Koven released the compilation album "Retrospective" and continued to drop singles and EPs, culminating in their first full-length album "Butterfly Effect" in March 2020.

The duo's music has received critical acclaim and they have made guest appearances on BBC Radio 1. Koven's unique blend of electronic music genres and powerful vocals have garnered them a dedicated fan base. Their latest releases show a new, colorful era for the duo, with the deluxe version of "Butterfly Effect" dropping in March 2021, accompanied by an all-acoustic album in May. Koven continues to push boundaries and evolve their sound, solidifying their place in the electronic music scene.
