Jake Edwards is a singer-songwriter from Bournemouth, Dorset.

He has risen to fame as being one of the UK most outspoken ambassadors for LGBTQ+ rights and has gained over 100,000 subscribers on YouTube from his music and videos about LGBTQ+ issues and information.

His songs come from a place that doesn’t get heard about a lot as he writes from his experiences and feelings being a trans guy going through the motions of life.
